Plato Jones is a four-piece Alabama cover band that lights up the stage with their musical showmanship. Plato Jones has quickly risen to become one of Tuscaloosa's signature bands. Since their debut in January 2005, the band has played over 600 shows around Alabama, Mississippi, and Florida.

This Multi-genre rock band. North Alabama-Tuscaloosa has been melting faces across the southeast since 2005. Plato Jones combines jammin’ grooves, blues, funk, southern rock and rock and roll to make them at one of a kind party band. Plato Jones is one of Tuscaloosa’s best bands. Plato Jones is comprised of Athens musicians. The band debuted in 2005 to serve “the world one ear at a time.” The original band members started playing music at Athens High School and formed the band while at the University of Alabama. Current members are Tyler Crawford, William Stephenson and Ian Greenhaw. The band has performed throughout the South, playing rock, funk and blues.
