The REZ formed in February of '09 out of Fairhope, ALabama. Corey Rezner and Blake Nolte, both established musicians, played as a duo of acoustic guitar, saxophone, and well rehearsed harmonies. After six months of playing local and house gigs, Corey was introduced to Slap Out's Greg Deluca, Ben Leininger and Rick Cucci. After just one day of playing together they knew it was going to be an amazing band. As the Eastern Shore's newest local act, they have been playing their blend of originals and renditions of great tunes in the area. In June '09 they made their way to a new level of sound and professionalism, playing captivating and interactive live shows at places such as Ravenite Pizzeria, Soul Kitchen, Blue Gill, The Hangout, and many more! Mobile, Alabama dance band, The Rez is available for High School parties and functions. The REZ has also opened for International artists such as: Eric Lindell, Davy Knowles and Back Door Slam, Cedric Burnside and Lightning Malcolm, Matt Hires, Tim Reynolds' TR3 and Papa Mali.
