Matt Dominick Band is a Nashville, TN based country band. Matt, a native of south Alabama reignited his love for playing guitar and songwriting after graduating from the University of Alabama in 2005
And moving back to his hometown of Daphne, AL. For seven years, Matt played locally while creating a career in homebuilding. With the time he had left, Matt honed his skills as a songwriter. He moved his family to Nashville, Tennessee in 2013 to make a name for his band on the Nashville circuit. He used his construction background to help support his true love- Music. Influenced by Johnny Cash, Waylon Jennings, Johnny Cash, and Merle Haggard, Matt started to create his own classic sound.
As a regular playing some of the most iconic songwriter venues in Nashville such as The Local and Commodore Grille, he set out to begin a new project in late 2021 that would spotlight his solo songwriting abilities. His music speaks of family, hard work and the American dream.
